Rector’s congratulations on 2025 New Year!

Dear students, teachers, staff and friends of Satbayev University! I wish you Happy New Year!

The past year has been truly outstanding for us. We celebrated University’s 90^th anniversary and 125^th jubilee of Academician Kanysh Satbayev, the given events became an important milestone in the history of University.

In 2024, our University rose 110 positions in the global QS Sustainability Rankings and 76 positions in QS World University Ranking. We have expanded our infrastructure, joined the global MIT FabLab family, taken another step towards digitalization of University and confirmed Satbayev University’s status as a leading innovation center capable of integrating the state-of-the-art technologies into the educational process. We have created conditions for developing the start-ups, interdisciplinary research and practice-oriented learning, providing the students and teachers with access to international standards in the science and technology sphere.

Our achievements inspire us to new projects and strengthen our faith in the possibilities of education and science as the main factor in shaping the knowledge economy.
