Today we are meeting at Satbayev University, KBTU will take over the baton in the future, and we hope that other universities will join as well. In the future, in addition to job fairs, we will be able to automate production practices and find new ways to improve the recruitment of young professionals, just as university associations in developed countries do,” he said.
For employers, participation in such a consortium means direct access to students from different universities, wider opportunities for training and hiring young engineers who will work for the company for many years.
