Environmental engineering

Training of specialists in the field of ecology, environmental engineering, sustainable development, environmental protection, eco-analytics and eco-technology.

Students learn to solve environmental problems, analyze existing and potential environmental risks, and study methods for restoring natural resources. Students gain skills that are needed in the work on the protection of environmental objects – atmosphere, soil and water, flora and fauna, also, they master the methods of rational use and restoration of natural resources and biodiversity.

Graduates are engaged in countering negative technological processes that can lead to environmental problems – pollution and degradation of environmental objects, climate change, reduction of biodiversity and other negative consequences.

A Bachelor of Ecology can occupy such positions as an environmental engineer, an eco-analyst, an environmental auditor, an environmental expert, an expert on sustainable development, an environmental chemist, an environmental researcher, an environmental inspector, an ecology teacher as well as work at industrial enterprises in various economy sectors, in the sector of environmental monitoring, eco-analytics or introduction of eco-technologies into various industries.

The graduate who has completed "Engineering Ecology" educational program receives “Bachelor of Natural Sciences" academic degree.
